Located on the outskirts of New York's Capital District, MoonDogEast is a small electro-acoustic project studio providing 24 tracks of uncompressed digital recording in a relaxed, quiet, wooded rural location. While providing the perfect atmosphere for solo performers or small groups to create music, MoonDogEast is also a great facility for spoken word pieces such as radio spots, “books-on-tape,” and audio for training materials such as instructional tapes and computer-based training programs.
Everything we do at MoonDogEast is informed by our love of the art of sonic expression and our never-ending fascination with the art/science of capturing that expression. This is coupled with vast experience in making non-engineers feel at home in the studio.
